On the Advanced tab, set the Default Format to 16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality).Select the recording/playback device and click Properties.In the Control Panel, select Sound > Recording (for microphone audio) or Playback (for system audio).Check the sample rate on your computer and change it if necessary. Snagit works best when the audio devices on the computer are configured to a 16-bit, 44.1 kHz sample rate. On the Advanced tab, deselect Enable audio enhancements and click Apply. ![]()
